Does the hot tub need to be pre-heated?
The hot tub comes empty and we will fill it with your water. For weekend rentals, we will deliver it a day early so it can be heated properly for your rental time. It is heated by regular electricity and takes about 24 hours to bring it to ready-to-use temperature.
What happens when I rent a hot tub?
You call to make a hot tub reservation. We take down your location and delivery details and arrange a delivery time. For delivery, we ask for a level location with access to running water and electricity. In winter, a clear path must be provided. We will go over the rental agreement and waiver with you and answer any questions.
How many people fit in the hot tub?
We have two sizes of tubs, seating up to 4 or 6 people.
Do we need to fill or drain the hot tub?
We use your water to fill the tub, we take care of drainage .
How do I control the temperature of the hot tub?
The temperature is initially set at 104F. You can adjust temperature to your comfort digitally.
Do you clean the hot tub after each rental?
We make sure the hot tub is drained, cleaned and sanitized after each rental and refilled with fresh water.
